Shah Access Services LLC provides specialized accessibility solutions, including assistive technology training, Section 508 and WCAG compliance audits, and JAWS scripting. Our services are founded on over 20 years of federal leadership, including the co-founding of the DHS Trusted Tester program.

2. Pricing and Billing Categories

To ensure our services remain accessible to a diverse range of clients, we utilize a tiered pricing structure based on the nature of the engagement:

• Standard Individual Rate: Pricing starts at $50 (USD) for individuals seeking standard training materials or baseline audits.
• Standard Organization & Government Rate: Pricing starts at $80 (USD) for businesses, non-profits, or government entities. This rate applies to standard audits and established training modules.
• Technical Assistance & Support: Custom requests for one-on-one training, technical support, or complex accessibility audits are billed at a starting rate of $100 per hour.

Note: Any engagement requiring corporate invoicing, W-9 documentation, or third-party procurement systems will be billed at the Organization/Government rate.

3. Intellectual Property

All training materials, custom scripts, and course content—including "The Modern Manual Audit"—are the intellectual property of Shah Access Services LLC. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we provide high-fidelity audits and technical troubleshooting based on recognized federal standards, accessibility is an evolving field. Shah Access Services LLC provides strategic guidance to mitigate digital risk but does not guarantee absolute immunity from legal claims or future regulatory changes.
